By placing an order with Genie Transfers, you agree to our Terms of Use and acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand our shipping, return, refund, and reprint policies.


Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Our goal is to process and ship all eligible orders as quickly as possible.

DTF Transfers

DTF transfer orders are typically shipped the same business day or the next business day.

Same-day shipping cutoff time: 5:00 AM CST

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed the following business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


DTF Supplies

DTF supplies, including ink, powder, film, parts, and accessories, are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on inventory availability, order volume, and carrier pickup times.

Large supply orders, bulk orders, or orders requiring special handling may take additional processing time.

Genie Transfers currently ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada

Shipping rates, options, and delivery times may vary based on destination, package size, package weight, and carrier availability.


Shipping Options

Available shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

FedEx 2 Day Air Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Overnight shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Overnight delivery availability may depend on the customer’s shipping location and the carrier’s service area.


Delivery Time Disclaimer

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We will do our best to process and ship your package on time, but Genie Transfers cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping delays may be caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery destination
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customs processing for Canada orders
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Genie Transfers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect customer-provided shipping information.


Customer Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Name or business name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • Email address

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details immediately.

If your address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at genietransfers@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.


Tracking Numbers

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent by email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the shipping carrier to activate or update the tracking number in their system.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days after your order has shipped, please contact us with:

  • Email address
  • Order number

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is controlled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

You may also contact Genie Transfers at genietransfers@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist with the issue.

Genie Transfers is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.


Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at genietransfers@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A clear description of the issue

We will review the information and determine the best available resolution.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if the order includes both DTF transfers and DTF supplies.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Canada Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
