By placing an order with Genie Transfers, you agree to our Terms of Use and acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand our shipping, return, refund, and reprint policies.


Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Genie Transfers has a 14-day refund and reprint policy. You must contact us no later than 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund, return, or reprint review.

Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied. Before taking any further action, please contact us at genietransfers@gmail.com if your order does not meet your expectations. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns.


DTF Transfer Orders

Because DTF transfers are custom printed products, all DTF transfer sales are final once production has started.

We may approve a reprint if there is a confirmed issue with:

  • Print quality caused by our production process
  • Incorrect item printed due to our error
  • Missing items from your order
  • Damage during production or fulfillment
  • Adhesion issues caused by confirmed transfer defects

We do not offer refunds or reprints for issues caused by customer-submitted artwork, including but not limited to:

  • Poor file quality
  • Low-resolution images
  • Blurry or pixelated artwork
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Incorrect colors caused by file setup
  • Transparent areas or backgrounds not removed
  • Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
  • Artwork uploaded incorrectly
  • Incorrect gang sheet layout submitted by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, sizes, order details, and shipping address before placing an order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email showing your order details.


DTF Supplies Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible DTF supplies. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened, when applicable
  • In the same condition received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ink, Powder, Film & Consumables

DTF ink, DTF powder, DTF film, and other consumable supply items may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Approved returns for consumables are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error made by Genie Transfers.


Parts & Accessories

Unused parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days if approved by management.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for shipping both ways unless Genie Transfers made an error with the order.


Equipment Sales

All equipment sales are final.

No refunds. No returns.

Any equipment issues will be handled according to the applicable warranty agreement. Warranty coverage does not convert an equipment purchase into a refundable or returnable sale.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us right away at genietransfers@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged in shipping

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, reprint, refund, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom DTF transfers
  • Custom printed apparel
  • Custom gang sheets
  • Opened DTF ink
  • Opened DTF powder
  • Opened DTF film
  • Used supplies
  • Used parts or accessories
  • Equipment
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items
  • Items returned without approval

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive the item you need is to request a return for the eligible item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at genietransfers@gmail.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at genietransfers@gmail.com.

Management Approval

Genie Transfers reserves the right to approve or deny any refund, return, reprint, store credit, or replacement request based on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, order history, production records, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.

All decisions are subject to management review.
